Warranty

This limited warranty policy describes the warranty practices that haelox, LLC (“HAELO,” “our,” “us,” or “we”) follows when purchasing our products, which includes the hardware, software, mobile application and any related firmware and documentation (“Product(s)”, “Service(s)” or collectively, the “Products and/or Services”) you engage in our “Service”. We ask that you please read this Limited Warranty and Disclaimer of Implied Warranties policy before purchasing the Service.

HAELO products are manufactured with high-quality parts and components designed to last. HAELO warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with appropriate handling. If any malfunction occurs, your limited warranty covers all HAELO products within the corresponding original product limited warranty period stated below. To have a HAELO product or part repaired or replaced under warranty, it must be returned with freight prepaid and insured to HAELO. For warranty issues, please contact us at www.haelo.com/support. Please ensure you have registered your device with our Warranty Registration on our website at www.haelo.com/register-myHAELO within 60 days from your date of purchase. Warranty service is void unless you provide either a copy of the original sales receipt or you have registered your device with us.

HAELO does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, retailers, remote purchasers or the subsequent consumer purchaser to obligate HAELO in any way beyond the terms set forth herein.

This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, accidents, liquids, including but not limited to, water, sweat, or lotions, the attachment of any unauthorized accessory, alteration to the product, improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, tampering of any physical, electronic components, or parts or product software programs and apps, improper use of electrical power supply, loss of power, variations in line voltage, dropped product, failure to follow recommended maintenance, damage during transportation, theft, neglect, vandalism, extreme environmental conditions, or any other conditions that are beyond HAELO’s control. This limited warranty also does not cover the loss of use of the product. HAELO products should be stored and used between 40 to100 degrees Fahrenheit (45 to 38 degrees Celsius).

The limited warranty provided herein is the sole and exclusive warranty. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, HAELO MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE, AND IT SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THERE SHALL BE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, OR ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, HAELO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY OF ITS PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

In no event shall this warranty require HAELO to do more than repair or replace any part that is found to be defective within the warranty period. No refunds will be given. If replacement parts for defective materials are not available, HAELO reserves the right to make product substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement.

In order to operate a HAELO product you will need a compatible iPhone or Android smartphone HAELO App, which is available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Any update or upgrade to your iPhone or Android phone operating system or its software and/or service programs may potentially impact the operability of your HAELO product. HAELO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR WILL BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ERRORS AND/OR DEFECTS MAY BE CORRECTED; THAT THE FUNCTIONS, FEATURES, OR SERVICES, INCLUDING THIRD PARTY FEATURES AND SERVICES, CONTAINED IN OR PROVIDED WITH THE PRODUCT OR SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; THAT ANY FEATURES, FUNCTIONS OR SERVICE WILL CONTINUE TO BE MADE AVAILABLE; OR THAT THE PRODUCT SOFTWARE WILL BE COMPATIBLE OR WORK WITH ANY THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE, APPLICATIONS OR THIRD PARTY SERVICES.

Purchase of a HAELO product from or through anyone (including any individual, retailer, reseller, or any online source) other than HAELO, an authorized dealer, or authorized online reseller within the corresponding original product limited warranty period will be limited to the remaining warranty period. If the product is purchased from a previous owner within the warranty period, the warranty is limited to the remaining time left in the warranty period, regardless of the condition of such product or whether the product is “new” or “used.”

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights, which may vary from state to state. Because of individual state regulations, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty is effective for all HAELO products purchased through the HAELO website or an authorized reseller within the time periods covered. Any modifications to enable HAELO products to operate in any other country other than the original country designated at the time of purchase void this limited warranty.
