This Return Policy warranty policy describes the warranty practices that haelox, LLC (“HAELO,” “our,” “us,” or “we”) follows when purchasing our products, which includes the hardware, software, mobile application and any related firmware and documentation (“Product(s)”, “Service(s)” or collectively, the “Products and/or Services”) you engage in our “Service”.
We ask that you please read the Limited Warranty and Disclaimer of Implied Warranties policy before purchasing the Service.
Your HAELO device comes with a ‘no-fuss’ 60-day return period from date of orignal shipment. If you're not satisfied with your purchase within the first 60 days, contact www.haelo.com/support and we'll provide the return instructions.
Please note the following for all returns:
- Because we ship our products for free within the domestic U.S., return shipping will be your responsibility. Please note that we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments that are returned to us.
- HAELO Customer Support will provide you with a return material authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 60-day return period, which commences upon shipment of the product. Returns shipped after 60 days will not qualify.
- All returns must be received in like-new condition with all original accessories and packaging. All returns received with damaged or missing components will be subject to additional fees. If applicable, these fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- All returned orders will be inspected and processed within 3-5 days of receipt. Refunds to your original payment method can take up to ten business days.
- So that we can improve our product and services, we will send you a brief survey to please describe the reason(s) for your return.
