1. How to Use HAELO

Using HAELO is easy and integrates seamlessly into your daily routine.

Step 1: Power on the console 

Flip the switch on the back of the HAELO console. Two lights on the console will turn on: “HAELO” indicates the console is powered on, and “COIL” confirms the coil is properly connected. The "PLAYING" light will only illuminate during a session.

Step 2: Position the coil

Place the coil near your core for full-body support, or spot-locate the coil around the body to target specific areas. Note: the coil LED will flicker to indicate your session is actively running.

Step 3: Select your session and press play

Open the HAELO app and choose from four main playlists:

Recovery Playlist

Calming and restorative. Perfect for winding down, reducing tension, or supporting deep rest.

Performance Playlist

Activating and energizing. Ideal for starting your day, boosting focus, or prepping for physical activity.

My Stacks Playlist

Create your own protocol by saving 2-3 programs to automatically play back-to-back. Useful for building a personal routine or targeting multiple goals in one session.

How long is a typical session?

Each individual session is typically between 5-30 minutes. Many users stack 2-3 sessions back-to-back for longer overall time and added benefits.

  • Need a mental edge or physical boost? → Try Performance sessions like Power, Focus, Level Up, etc.
  • Looking to address multiple goals at once? → Use My Stacks to automatically play 2-3 sessions back-to-back, like Calm + Recover + Grounding.

A Few Tips to Maximize Your Experience

Do I Need to Feel It for It to Work?

No – and in fact, you won't feel any physical sensation from the coil during a HAELO session. That’s by design.

PEMF therapy is non-invasive and works at the cellular level, not through surface stimulation like vibration or heat. The goal isn't to trigger a physical sensation – it's to support your body’s internal systems, including energy production, circulation, and nervous system regulation. 

Any physical sensation is simply a byproduct of intensity, not a sign of effectiveness.

With HAELO, some users might occasionally feel a tingling or warmth. But just like red light therapy or infrared sauna, the absence of sensation is how this therapy works.

Feeling “nothing” can be a good sign – it means the therapy is supporting your body without overstimulating it.
