HAELO Standards and Guidelines for Demonstrations
Introduction. These Standards and Guidelines for Demonstrations ("Guidelines") are designed to ensure that all practitioners or demo providers ("Providers") who represent HAELO, Inc. ("HAELO") and demonstrate its products adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and compliance. By agreeing to become a Provider, you commit to following these Guidelines as well as HAELO's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Medical Disclaimer.
Compliance with Legal and Company Policies. Providers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and HAELO policies and agree to uphold HAELO's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Medical Disclaimer in all activities related to the demonstration and promotion of HAELO products.
Product Knowledge and Training. Providers must possess fundamental knowledge of PEMF technology and adhere to the company’s recommended usage guidelines available on our FAQs and website. Providers are expected to maintain accurate product knowledge and demonstration skills. Ongoing training may be required to stay informed on product enhancements and changes.
Use of Third-Party Therapies and Devices. Providers who choose to integrate third-party therapies or devices with the HAELO device do so at their own risk. HAELO makes no representations regarding the safety or compatibility of third-party devices or therapies used with the HAELO device. Providers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence to ensure safety and compatibility.
Indemnification and Release of Liability. Providers agree to indemnify and hold harmless HAELO, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and successors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with their demonstration activities. Providers expressly release HAELO from any liability related to contraindications or medical complications that may arise from the use of the HAELO device in conjunction with any third-party therapies or devices.
Reporting and Feedback. Providers are required to submit regular reports detailing customer interactions, feedback, and any adverse events or product issues encountered during demonstrations. Significant issues must be communicated immediately to HAELO for appropriate action.
Standards for Customer Interaction. Providers must ensure that all demonstrations are conducted in a safe, respectful, and professional manner and that all promotional and educational materials used accurately represent HAELO products and comply with regulatory guidelines.
Limitations and Responsibilities. Providers are not authorized to make any modifications to the HAELO device or its approved accessories and do not have the authority to make any representations or enter into any agreements on behalf of HAELO.
Termination and Revocation of Approval. HAELO reserves the right to terminate a Provider's approval for any breach of these Guidelines, non-compliance with legal requirements, or at the discretion of HAELO for any reason deemed appropriate. Termination will result in the immediate cessation of the Provider's rights to demonstrate and promote HAELO products.
Acceptance of Guidelines. By agreeing to these Guidelines, Providers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply fully with the terms outlined herein.
