The HAELO, INC Mobile SMS/Text Messaging service (the "Service") is operated by HAELO, INC (“HAELO, INC”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes. 

SMS Terms & Conditions

1- SMS Consent Communication: Information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2- Types of SMS Communications: If consent has been given to receive text messages from HAELO, messages may be received related to the following :
-Appointment Confirmations

-Appointment Reminders

-Support inquiries

Example: 

This is a friendly appointment reminder that your Call with HAELO Expert with HAELO is at 01:30pm (Central Time - US & Canada) on Monday, May 7, 2025. You can reply "Stop" to Opt out of SMS messaging from HAELO at any time.

3- Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, up to 10 SMS messages per day  may be received related to [appointments/support inquiries, etc.].

4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on the carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5- Opt-In Method: Opt-in to receive SMS messages from HAELO can be done in the following ways:

  • By submitting an online form

6- Opt-Out Method: You can Opt-Out of receiving SMS messages from HAELO can be done at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message received. Alternatively, direct contact can be made to request removal from the messaging list.

7- Help: For any issues, reply with the keyword HELP. Alternatively, help can be obtained directly from us at https://support.haelo.com/support/home

  • Additional Options:
    If you don't wish to receive SMS messages, you can chose not to check the SMS consent box or our form.
