Upgrade Process
Step 1: Sign up for your FREE console upgrade by May 14, 2025
Step 2: We will send you complimentary packaging materials and a prepaid shipping label within 1-2 weeks. Pack your console following the directions included in the shipping box.
Step 3: Once we receive your console, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for us to complete the upgrade!
