Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older  as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees or contractors of HAELO (the “Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. One entry per person. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of HAELO as final and binding. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Registration ends at 11:59 PM PT on September 27, 2025. All entries must be received by that time to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the official online form provided. Incomplete entries or those not adhering to these rules may be disqualified at HAELO’s sole discretion. You may enter only once. Multiple entries via multiple emails, identities, or devices will result in disqualification.

5. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive:
    • One (1) HAELO Device (retail value: $3,297.00 USD)
    • Three (3) months Premium Playlist access
    • One (1) BIOGENA Gift Box (approx. $319 value)

Total approximate retail value: $3,616.

The prize specifics are determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize is non-transferable. All taxes and expenses related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Non-Winner Offer: All non-winners will receive a 25% off HAELO discount code, valid until Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winner selection: One winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
  • Notification: Winner will be notified via email on Sunday, September 28, 2025
  • Response requirement: Winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, another winner may be selected.

HAELO shall have no liability for failure to receive notification due to spam filters, incorrect contact details, or other technical issues.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering, you grant HAELO and its affiliates the right to use your entry, name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Marketing Communications:

  • By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications from HAELO and BIOGENA. You may unsubscribe at any time.
  • For SMS/text messaging, participants must provide separate express written consent via an unchecked opt-in box. Sweepstakes entry is not conditioned on SMS consent.

9. Terms

HAELO reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes in case of fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its control. HAELO may disqualify any entry that tampers with the process or violates these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless HAELO, BIOGENA, their affiliates, partners, and employees from any liability arising from participation, prize use, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention.

11. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved individually in the courts of Delaware without resort to class actions. Entrants waive all rights to punitive or consequential damages, except for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

13. Warranty

14. Official Rules & Winner Details

To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received no later than June 30, 2026. Winner details must be requested within 30 days from winner selection.
