As soon as we receive your request, we’ll send you a complimentary upgrade box, including packing materials and a pre-paid return label. Simply follow the instructions inside your box to pack your existing console for upgrading. Once we receive your box, we’ll inspect, repair, upgrade, clean, and return your console to you within 1-2 business days!
